SHL-ALUBIN has 3 painting lines for aluminium profiles and sheets. There are two powder coating lines, for smooth and grainy finishing and the luxurious PVDF line, for the best endurance available in the world. We also have an anodize department -  please see the anodize section in our website.

Polyester paint is available in most RAL colors. The painting technique involves charging  the paint powder and the profiles with opposite electric load and then conveying the profiles through the line and spraying them with the paint powder. The paint is attached to the profile by the opposite electric charge and while the profiles go through the oven the process is finished and finalized by the heat. The process creates an even, bubble-free fine coating. Polyester paint is available in regular and super-durable forms.

PVDF is made of vynil and fluor. It is best suited for weathering harsh conditions, acidic materials, corrosive elements, salt and chemicals. PVDF does not let dirt set in. PVDF guarentees that aluminium in lucrative projects will maintain their impressive looks for at least 25 years. Examples for projects in Israel: The Ben Gurion Airport 2000, IKEA building, state courts and other state buildings.

PVDF is the only paint in the world approved by AAMA 2605 standard. SHL-ALUBIN enjoys the service of two suppliers: PPG and VALSPAR which guarentees a fast service of good quality and reasonable prices. We have a mix and match technology to make any shade of color quickly available in PVDF.

Every project is tailored separately for its color and shade. Paint for each project is manufactured separately.
