SHL-ALUBIN is the largest aluminium profile manufacturer in Israel. The enterprise, which produces about a thousand tons of profiles per month, enjoys the benefits of size and power of two experienced and sophisticated merged factories. The whole process of production and finishing takes place from start to finish under one roof.

SHL-Alubin casts its raw material and scrap into billets  for its own use and for other companies. The billets are extruded into profiles in three presses, two of which are located in the Alubin site and one in the SHL site. A fourth extruder is located now in Mexico, where SHL-ALUBIN founded an extrusion and coating factory together with a local glass company. In SHL there is also a die factory, which designs and produces the tools through which the aluminium travels when it becomes profiles. SHL-ALUBIN currently produces over 6,000 kinds of profiles. It produces over 50 dies a week for new profiles and as back up for existing profiles.

In SHL-ALUBIN there is a painting and coating department providing all coatings available for aluminium: two lines of powder coating, an anodize line (first to be approved by the Israeli Standard Institution) and also a PVDF line - best quality, longest endurance, layered wet paint for aluminium profiles and sheets. 

SHL-ALUBIN produces between 1000-1200 tons of profiles per month, for local and international markets. We provide over 6,000 different profiles for various industries: aluminium systems for construction of residnetial and public projects, heat sinks, parts for machines, gutters, street signs, and profiles for the high-tech, furniture, medical, aerospace and automobile industries. SHL-Alubin exports about 35% of its production to north-west Europe (Holland, Germany, France, UK, Scandinavia) to the USA and to construction projects around the globe
