Custom Made Profiles

Alubin provides a full service of development and production of profiles per customer needs. The process starts with an idea that is brought by an inventor. Together with our engineers the idea is developed into a drawing. Our experienced professionals define the profile by the needs and determine if the extrusion technology is indeed right for the idea.  From the drawing a die is produced and then a test extrusion is done. The die is corrected until perfection.

Since Alubin has a die department in house it allows our clients to create their own profiles for their special applications in a timely manner and low cost. The medical, civil, earospace, petrochemical, elecric, high-tech, communication, construction and automobile industries are among the industries which use this unique service are. Clients can own their dies for private production.

Alubin is able to provide profiles for most geometrical shapes, for sizes up to diameter of  220 mm in solide profiles
and 180 mm in hollowed profiles.
